Thanks for shopping at WADE Boutique! If you’re not 100% happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return window
• You have 10 days from delivery to return an item.

Condition of returns
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging. We cannot accept returns that show signs of wear, makeup, or perfume.

How to start a return
• Email shopwadeboutique@gmaill.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll reply with return instructions and the address to ship to.

Shipping costs
• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong item. For defective/wrong items we will cover shipping and offer a full refund or replacement.

Refunds & processing time
• After we receive your return and inspect it, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 3–7 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank.

Exchanges
• If you need a different size, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order to guarantee availability.

Final sale & non-returnable items
• Items marked “FINAL” cannot be returned or exchanged.
